I specialize in medical nutrition therapy for the geriatric community and have hands-on experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings. I love turning complicated nutrition advice into practical, realistic guidance that actually works in everyday life. My goal is to support health, dignity, and quality of life—one meal, one conversation, and one step at a time.

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed in the Washington State and an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association. I earned my undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Seattle Pacific University and completed my MBA in Healthcare Management through Western Governors University. My dietetic internship was with Garden to Table, where I developed a strong appreciation for sustainability, community-based nutrition, and practical approaches to improving health through food.
